Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering digital products or self-service solutions.
• Experience developing product strategies, defining roadmaps, and managing delivery lifecycle.
• Experience writing user stories, documenting requirements, and managing backlogs (Jira/Confluence).
• Understanding of product management frameworks and their practical application.
• Experience breaking down complex initiatives into minimum viable products and releases.
• Strong planning across scope, requirements, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, technology leaders, and vendors.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a portfolio of digital products.
• Present strategy and roadmaps to executive leadership throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with technology and business leaders to improve customer experiences and growth.
• Lead vendor teams and internal delivery squads to deliver on time and scope.
• Translate concepts into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements.
• Manage backlog refinement, prioritization, and user acceptance testing.
• Define MVPs and plan iterations based on customer needs and priorities.
• Participate in daily scrums and resolve delivery roadblocks.
• Influence decisions across technology and business teams.
