Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a Product Manager for Digital Content & Content Management in Orlando to shape product strategy, requirements, and workflows across CMS platforms for optimized publishing and content operations. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams, drive backlog and acceptance criteria, and deliver Agile roadmaps.

A bachelor’s degree and hands-on CMS experience are required.

Formación

5 years of experience in product management or related digital role.
Experience with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows.
Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
Ability to analyze content performance, user behavior, and reporting dashboards.
Stakeholder collaboration with engineering, UX/design, analytics, and business teams.
Familiarity with Agile product management and roadmaps.
Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.
Hands-on CMS experience with Tridion, AEM, Sitecore, or Contentful.
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics and A/B testing tools.
Exposure to AI-assisted content management and metadata generation.
