Job summary

Helius is hiring a senior product leader to own the developer platform, including real-time streaming, data APIs, RPC infrastructure, and tooling. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and customers to balance latency budgets, guarantees, and pricing strategies while writing specs and prototypes to validate ideas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on technical, developer-facing products.
• Engineering experience and working coding ability.
• Crypto experience in blockchain ecosystems and on-chain data.
• Experience serving demanding technical customers, preferably trading/fintech.
• Strong pricing instincts for usage-based infrastructure products.
• Exceptional written communication for async teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the developer platform, balancing requests, infra investments and new bets.
• Spend real time with customers to understand latency budgets and delivery guarantees.
• Write specs and memos for engineers with clear context.
• Define pricing, packaging, and enterprise deal strategies.
• Drive end-to-end launches with positioning, docs, migrations and communications.
