Job summary

HiveMQ seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Data Streaming portfolio—the backbone for our Industrial AI Platform. You will shape a strategic roadmap for the Enterprise Broker, balancing long-term cloud-native evolution with near-term commitments, while driving adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years total work experience in product management or consulting.
• Track record with established enterprise infrastructure products with real revenue.
• Experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps for complex platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for the Data Streaming layer with invest/priority thesis.
• Identify key integration opportunities with customers, sales, and alliances.
• Own scope and sequencing for next-gen Core Broker: cloud-native, multi-tenancy, AX.
• Champion AX as a first-class design target with API provisioning and OpenAPI specs.
• Think cross-functionally to connect streaming to PLG, SLG, Expansion, and Partner motions.
• Develop and present roadmaps and proposals to senior leadership.
