Job summary

HiveMQ in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Data Streaming portfolio, the core infrastructure behind our Industrial AI Platform. You will shape strategy for the Enterprise Broker, drive integration opportunities, and align roadmaps with customer needs and sales goals.

You will collaborate across engineering, GTM, and partnerships, guiding next-generation core broker toward cloud-native and multi-tenancy while maintaining LTS commitments.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years total work experience in product management or consulting.
• Track record with established enterprise infrastructure products with real revenue and growth potential.
• Data-driven product development using quantitative and qualitative methods to drive decisions.
• Budget and resource management across teams and budgets.
• Ideally located in the Eastern Time zone of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for the Data Streaming layer with a clear thesis on investment focus.
• Work with customers, sales, and partners to identify key integration opportunities within broader solutions.
• Own scope and sequencing for the next-generation Core Broker, evolving toward cloud-native, multi-tenancy, and AX.
• Champion AX (Agent Experience) as a first-class design target with on-demand provisioning via API and OpenAPI specs.
• Think cross-functionally to connect Streaming with PLG, SLG, Expansion, and Partner motions; guide market positioning.
• Establish an inspiring vision for teams derived from company strategy and drive prioritization.
