Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Conversational AI & Customer Experience in California. You will own the end-to-end experience of high-volume voice and digital chat channels, shaping the Interactive Voice Assistant and coordinating with Engineering, Customer Experience, and vendors to deliver a high-quality launch and measurable improvements in customer resolution.

Role includes on-call support for Incident Management Team readiness and delivering product

Qualifications

Ten or more years of experience establishing marketing strategies for existing or new products/services.
Experience in conversational AI or digital customer experience is preferred.
Ability to translate business policies into clear product requirements and test scenarios.

Responsibilities

Oversee product life cycle from concept to launch across product lines.
Develop briefs detailing incentives, tech specifics, and go-to-market plans.
Define specifications and priorities from client feedback and market insights.
Set vision, roadmap, and oversee execution for product verticals.
Incorporate customer research and competitive analysis to improve features.
Develop and execute the product marketing strategy aligned with brand and innovation.
Establish and track KPIs; analyze trends and performance data.
Ensure protection of customer data and cybersecurity across systems.
