Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a senior product manager to own two connected pillars of our servicing digital AI experience: One Admin and MSPai.

You will steer the roadmap, governance and configuration for these platforms, working with engineering, UX and compliance to ensure safe, scalable deployment across clients. The role requires balancing configuration detail with platform strategy, translating client requirements into actionable configurations and user stories for engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of product management.
• Experience owning configuration heavy platforms in a B2B/fintech setting.
• Mortgage servicing or mortgage technology experience.
• Ability to write detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with compliance, legal, UX and engineering.
• Ability to operate at both strategic roadmap and detailed configuration/data levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the One Admin platform roadmap and configuration model, including delegated actions and knowledge base entries.
• Define delegated action structures and resolve intent disambiguation conflicts to prevent misrouting.
• Set configuration governance standards across development, UAT and production environments and lead remediation when environments drift.
• Translate client requirements into One Admin configuration, delegated action updates and knowledge base content ahead of client go lives.
• Write and prioritize detailed user stories, configuration diffs and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA.
• Own the MSPai roadmap for conversational intelligence and governance of the servicing AI product suite.
