Job summary

Certerra is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead growth, management, and execution of Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Special Inspections for major heavy civil and infrastructure projects. You will serve as the primary client contact, developing relationships with public and private sector clients while guiding proposals, pursuits, and technical service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of construction materials testing, inspection services, and QA programs.
• Experience with large public infrastructure projects and agency clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead client development and relationship management for transportation, water, and public works markets.
• Oversee proposals, fee estimates, and technical scopes of work for CMT and inspection services.
• Manage multiple heavy civil projects, budgets, and staffing from award to completion.
• Coordinate testing and inspection resources with field and laboratory teams.
• Ensure compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, DOT, and regulatory requirements.
