Job summary

Certerra is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead growth, management, and execution of Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Special Inspection services for major heavy civil and infrastructure projects in Nashville and the region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting transportation, water/wastewater, dam, utility, and other large-scale projects, with a proven ability to pursue opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage projects from pursuit through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 8–15 years in construction materials testing or QA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and agencies.
• Lead proposals, fee estimates, and technical scopes of work.
• Manage multiple heavy civil projects from award to completion.
• Ensure compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, and DOT requirements.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and staffing.
