Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own the client relationship and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before they ship, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing, and grow accounts by delivering reliable results on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing under deadline pressure.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials with credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
