Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks an experienced Project Manager who will own the client relationship and the testing program, from scoping proposals through scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, to reviewing reports before shipment. You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing, and grow accounts through reliable delivery.

A minimum of five years in CMT with ICC/NICET/ACI credentials is required; travel to sites

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars; Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
