Job summary

Built, the AI-first platform for construction and real estate finance, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Construction Financials. You will own strategy and execution across a platform serving construction owners and general contractors, shaping roadmap, discovery, and delivery to drive adoption and customer value.

You will partner with engineering, design, and sales to test concepts, validate assumptions, and connect construction financials workflows with lender-side processes.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in product management with a track record of ideation through launch and iteration.
• Experience building B2B software products that simplify complex customer workflows.
• Demonstrated ability leading customer discovery, testing product concepts, and translating feedback into decisions.
• Experience partnering with sales and customer-facing teams to identify adoption barriers and drive business value.
• Comfortable operating in evolving product areas with trade-offs and rapid iteration.
• Experience in construction technology or building products for construction owners/GCs preferred.
• SaaS or fintech experience is a meaningful differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and prioritized roadmap for Construction Financials, balancing owner and GC needs with business objectives.
• Conduct customer interviews and workflow research to understand real-world use and opportunities.
• Translate pain points into actionable product opportunities and refine product-market fit.
• Rapidly test concepts with prototypes and focused experiments before broader development.
• Lead discovery, development, and launches, with post-launch measurement and iteration.
• Partner with engineering and design, challenging assumptions and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Define and track metrics for adoption, engagement, and outcomes to guide decisions.
• Identify lender-side integration opportunities that add platform value.
