Job summary

IFS Construction & Engineering seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead Commercial & Contract Management, guiding strategy from discovery to delivery in real construction environments.

You will own cross-functional roadmaps, engage with customers across Europe and North America, and drive measurable business outcomes through innovative, AI-driven features and strong domain expertise.

Qualifications

• Significant product-management experience within a software company developing SaaS, ERP, construction-management, project-management, procurement, or enterprise software solutions.
• Direct responsibility for commercial management, contract management, procurement management, subcontract management, project controls, or related capabilities within an enterprise software portfolio.
• Strong domain experience within construction, engineering, EPC, infrastructure, contractors, or project-centric industries.
• Deep understanding of commercial processes including: customer and sales contracts, procurement and supplier commitments, subcontract management, change orders, and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Strategy for Commercial & Contract Management within IFS Construction & Engineering.
• Lead discovery with customers, engineering, and design to identify valuable problems and opportunities.
• Define product specifications, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
• Drive adoption and measure outcomes through customer value and commercial impact.
• Shape AI-enabled capabilities and reusable product foundations for global business models.
