You will own the strategy and execution for the product serving construction owners and general contractors, deepen customer insights, and shape the roadmap to drive adoption and value. Qualifications

• 4-7 years of product management experience.
• Experience building B2B software products that simplify complex workflows.
• Demonstrated experience leading customer discovery and testing product concepts.
• Experience partnering with sales and customer-facing teams to identify adoption barriers.
• Comfortable working in an evolving product area, making trade-offs with incomplete information.
• Experience in construction technology or building products for construction owners and general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and prioritized roadmap for Construction Financials.
• Build deep understanding of owner and general contractor workflows through interviews and research.
• Translate customer pain points into opportunities and iterate to strengthen product-market fit.
• Rapidly test product concepts with prototypes and focused experiments.
• Lead discovery, development, and launch within your area of ownership and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering and design, challenging assumptions and maintaining momentum.
• Define and track adoption, engagement, and business outcomes to guide roadmap decisions.
• Identify lender-side integration opportunities to create cross-platform value.
• Partner with product marketing to support launches and communicate value.
• Research market trends, competing solutions, and emerging tech to inform direction.
