Job summary

Amazon Connectivity Services (ACS) is a centralized team within Amazon Devices, delivering multi-modal connectivity across devices and services. The Senior Product Manager – Technical will own the ACS roadmap for cellular, Wi-Fi, and satellite initiatives, shaping features and partnerships across eSIM/iSIM and carrier ecosystems.

You will work with engineering, sales, legal, and finance to define requirements, prioritize work, and drive successful launches that scale across millions of connected

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience delivering products end-to-end with cross-functional teams
• Ability to articulate customer needs into clear requirements and KPIs
• Experience discussing technical decisions with engineering leadership

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and multi-year roadmap for ACS connectivity services
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories
• Evaluate build-vs-partner options and develop business cases including ROI
• Collaborate with AWS sales and drive go-to-market motions
• Define KPIs and manage lifecycle from launches to deprecations
