Job summary

Amazon Connectivity Services is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical to own the product and service roadmap for ACS connectivity offerings, including eSIM/iSIM orchestration, Wi-Fi offload, and satellite integration. You will define what ACS builds next, and translate customer connectivity needs into tangible product requirements that drive value for Amazon devices and AWS collaborations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, spec requirements, and go-to-market

Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Experience with end to end product delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product strategy and multi-year roadmap for ACS connectivity services, including eSIM/iSIM orchestration and multi-network switching.
Gather customer inputs to develop product strategy and translate connectivity capabilities into customer-centric offerings.
Define crisp product requirements, user stories, and KPIs for each initiative and manage prioritization.
Lead product lifecycle management including launches, deprecations, and ongoing optimization across internal and external partners.
