Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex renovations, make-ready turnover, and capital projects in the multi-family sector.

You will manage 25–40 active WIP projects, coordinate with owners’ representatives, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on high-volume multi-site construction, renovation, or make-ready projects.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects from planning through closeout.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, concrete trades.
• Experience building and managing subcontractor networks across trades.
• Budgeting, forecasting, estimating, scheduling, and WIP management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, project scheduling software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects—including renovations, capital expenditures, and construction—using advanced tools to ensure scope, schedule, budget and quality compliance.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio (25–40 active WIP projects) across recurring properties with productivity goals.
• Enforce safety programs and comply with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and building codes in diverse environments.
• Oversee WIP backlogs, budgets, forecasts, and progress payments; handle change orders and RFIs.
• Source, onboard, train, and manage a subcontractor network across trades.
• Coordinate pre-construction activities, risk tracking, and onsite logistics for execution.
• Serve as primary client contact; provide regular status updates and address concerns.
