Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a bilingual Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex projects in the multifamily sector. You will manage 25–40 active WIP projects, coordinate with owners, contractors, and property managers, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires strong budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication skills, with travel up to 90% and field-based onsite work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience managing high-volume (multi-site) complex construction, renovation, capital expenditure, or make-ready projects.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Independently manage multiple projects from planning through closeout.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, estimating, scheduling, and WIP management.
• Experience building and managing subcontractor networks across multiple trades.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, project scheduling software, and MS Office.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead complex projects from initiation to closeout with scheduling, budget, and quality control.
• Portfolio & Scale Management: Oversee 25–40 WIP projects or recurring turnovers across properties.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce safety programs and ensure OSHA/EM 385-1-1 compliance.
• Financial & WIP Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and change orders; coordinate with sales on gross profit estimates.
• Subcontractor & Resource Management: Source and manage multi-trade subcontractors.
• On-Site Execution & Logistics: Coordinate pre-construction walks and inventory, oversee materials ordering.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular status updates with clients and owners.
