Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, multi-site development program. You will own budgets, schedules and risks, coordinate across centers of excellence, and ensure scope, cost, and schedule compliance.

The role requires PMP and EVMS certifications, experience with Earned Value Management and cross-functional leadership. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Project Engineering for complex engineering development programs.
• Experience working with Customer Requirements
• EVMS experience on development programs
• Understanding of Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
• IMS and milestone schedule experience
• Risk Management -Identification & Mitigation- Change Mgmt
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Has authority and accountable for program execution
• PMP certification
• Earned Value Management Certification
• Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation
• Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis
• Lead Cross Functional Collaboration, Communicate & Influence
• Provide guidance & Coaching to peers and team members

Responsibilities

• Overall owner of the program budget, schedule, and risks
• Drive on time execution, milestones and IMS
• Own the EAC and budget following EVMS principles
• Manage the Risk Management process
• Primary communicator to the Customer
• Present programmatic details in leadership reviews
• Lead the integrated program team
• Summarize and drive key issues & actions
• Adhere to the IPDS process
• Execute the Management OS
• Coordinate across multiples sites and functions
• Mentor members of the team
