Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in California seeks a senior program manager to lead a development program of significant size and complexity, coordinating across multiple sites and functions. You will own budget, schedule, and risk management, driving on-time execution and presenting details in leadership reviews.

The role requires PMP and EVMS certifications, a bachelor’s degree, and strong cross-functional collaboration and coaching capabilities to guide a multi-system program to successful

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience in Program Management for complex engineering development programs.
• Experience working with Customer Requirements.
• EVMS experience on development programs.
• Understanding of Cost & Financials (e.g., RDE, spend, forecast, variance).
• IMS and milestone schedule experience.
• Risk Management - Identification & Mitigation - Change Mgmt.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Has authority and accountable for program execution.
• PMP certification.
• Earned Value Management Certification.
• Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation.
• Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis.
• Lead Cross Functional Collaboration, Communicate & Influence.
• Provide guidance & coaching to peers and team members.

Responsabilités

• Overall owner of the program budget, schedule, and risks.
• Drive on time execution, milestones and IMS.
• Own the EAC and budget following EVMS principles.
• Manage the Risk Management process.
• Primary communicator to the Customer.
• Present programmatic details in leadership reviews.
• Lead the integrated program team.
• Summarize and drive key issues & actions.
• Adhere to the IPDS process.
• Execute the Management OS.
• Coordinate across multiples sites and functions.
• Mentor members of the team.
