Job summary

MPI is seeking a Denver-based Senior Project Manager for a commercial construction program. You will lead owner/client, architect and consultant teams through all project phases, ensuring conformance to contract documents and effective cost control.

The role requires a 4-year degree (or equivalent), at least 7 years as a PM on ground-up commercial builds, tilt-up experience preferred, and proficiency in estimating and Procore or similar software. Competitive salary with benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years as a Construction Project Manager.
• Ground up commercial construction experience required.
• Tilt up construction experience preferred.
• Experience in estimating and using Procore or related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage owner/client, architect, consultants and project team through all work phases.
• Implement contract general conditions and monitor conformance of documents.
• Use systems to manage project documentation and cost controls.
• Oversee RFI logs, submittals, testing, safety reports, change orders and related logs.
• Prepare and update the project schedule and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate material delivery schedules and integrate into the project timeline.
• Negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders; oversee subcontractor performance.
• Verify owner/client billings and subcontractor billings; manage receivables.
• Lead project meetings and ensure obligations are understood and met.
• Manage closeout, punch lists, warranties and operations manuals.
