Job summary

MPI is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead high-profile commercial construction projects in the Denver area from mobilization through closeout. You will own master schedules, coordinate large field teams, and partner with Project Managers to control costs and mitigate risk.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial construction, proven ground-up/TI project delivery up to $100M, and strong MS Project scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up and TI projects up to $100M.
• Advanced master scheduling experience; MS Project strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and manage large field teams.
• Deep understanding of means and methods, sequencing, and constructability.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Drive master project schedules, with detailed planning and schedule optimization.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams for schedule, quality, and safety.
• Enforce site safety programs and maintain a productive jobsite.
• Partner with Project Managers to control costs, manage change orders, and mitigate risk.
• Conduct daily site meetings, weekly subcontractor meetings, and progress updates.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
