Job summary

Uloop Inc. in Miami, FL seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of large commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, review estimates and bid packages, analyze drawings, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Project Manager on large commercial projects.
• Tilt up & Infrastructure experience.
• Building envelope and finishes experience.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, bid packages, trade scopes, and project sequencing.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering plans.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

This well known, and highly reputable general contractor is local to Miami, FL. They are involved in high end, large commercial construction with a significant backlog of projects. With their strong pipeline of work they are seeking a Sr. PM that will join the team for this and further upcoming work in the Miami area.
