The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction PM, strong budgeting and cost-control skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
