Job summary

Casco Contractors in Irvine seeks a Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager to lead large-scale interior buildouts and related projects. You will drive client satisfaction, manage budgets, and oversee pre-construction activities, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

The role requires 4–6 years of project management, strong leadership, and expertise in scheduling, cost control, and GMP/LS contract types. A robust safety culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, and construction documentation.
• Strong negotiation, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Take full project responsibility across construction and management.
• Meet or exceed billing goals on each project.
• Lead pre-construction activities including SOV and subcontractor review.
• Prepare and maintain realistic schedules with field staff.
• Communicate schedule changes clearly with clients and team.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely payments and scope control.
• Oversee change orders and maintain project profitability.
• Coordinate with Design and Field teams for Design-Build projects.
• Maintain accurate job cost reports and risk assessments.
