Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of multiple concurrent commercial construction projects.
• Interface with clients and brokers on project requirements.
• Develop initial project budgets and schedules.
• Manage project progress against budgets and timelines.

Skills

Experience with Hardware Technology and Advanced Manufacturing related projects

Leading new construction and tenant improvement projects

Managing people internally and externally

Proficiency in Bluebeam

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education
