Qualifications

• 10+ years in civil construction with leadership roles.
• Experience in underground utilities and site development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Lead weekly PM meetings and coordinate with teams.
• Ensure compliance with plans, permits, and safety.
