Job summary

Consertus, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee planning, design and construction across capital programs, interfacing with owners, designers and contractors to meet cost, schedule and quality goals.

This role supports preconstruction and construction phases, manages one or more small to medium projects with moderate complexity, and offers a hybrid work schedule with strong growth opportunities at a global advisory firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 5-10+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Experience in the K-12, Municipal, or Healthcare sector is required.
• Experience with Capital Programs and Construction Project Management is required.
• Proven experience in Owner Representation services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cost Management: monitor project costs during all phases and assist with budget/cash flow analysis.
• Schedule Management: develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Quality Management: ensure materials and drawings meet quality requirements and standards.
• Contract Administration: prepare and maintain project documentation and liaise with permitting authorities.
• Client Relations: maintain client relationships and support business development activities.
