Job summary

Consertus seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan, organize, and manage resources for a portfolio of transportation, infrastructure, and vertical building programs in and around the Madison, Wisconsin market.

You will supervise design and construction activities, coordinate with owners, designers, and contractors, and oversee cost, schedule, and quality controls while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing capital projects or programs.
• Experience with transportation/highway infrastructure or public facilities.
• Public-sector procurement and contract administration familiarity.
• PM certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage resources for a portfolio of client projects.
• Supervise design and construction management activities across projects.
• Maintain client relationships and support business development as required.
• Travel to project sites across Wisconsin as needed.
