Job summary

HrProbe in San Francisco is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to become the voice of the product, translating HR software capabilities into compelling narratives for HR leaders and operations managers.

You will own product positioning, plan launches, create case studies and sales enablement content, and run competitive research to guide strategy and pricing. This is the first dedicated PMM role, offering a chance to shape our go-to-market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with an allergy to corporate jargon.
• Experience launching software products to a highly specific target audience.
• Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates HrProbe in the market.
• Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
• Create high-quality marketing collateral, including case studies, website copy, and sales enablement materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product strategy and pricing.
