Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager | Applied AI to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products. You will guide end-to-end delivery, work with engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams, and mentor other Product Managers to grow practical AI capabilities.

The role requires 5+ years in Product Management with a track record of launching AI-enabled products and shaping AI feature economics, while communicating benefits and risks clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, having managed one or more products end to end, including post-launch maintenance and support.
• Launched more than one product (or key capability) to market, with at least one AI-powered feature or AI-related enhancement.
• Solid ownership of product strategy, vision and roadmap; market analysis and product visioning including AI value.
• Experience owning backlogs, cross-product dependencies and release cycles, and managing product lifecycle and support models.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and end-to-end delivery of one or more products, including AI-powered features.
• Define requirements and use cases for AI features with evaluation criteria, guardrails and human oversight.
• Identify AI opportunities in products, CX, and business outcomes and justify them with business cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams to translate product intent into actionable requirements.
• Mentor Product Managers and raise the team's AI capability through best practices and coaching.
