EPAM Systems is growing its product-management team focused on AI-powered products. The Senior Product Manager | Applied AI will own vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery for one or more AI-enabled products, mentoring other PMs and collaborating across engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams.

The role emphasizes practical AI literacy, stakeholder management at VP level, and responsible-AI considerations while delivering real customer value and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management with end-to-end ownership.
• Launched AI-powered product or feature (GenAI/ML/recommendations).
• Strong vision, market analysis and roadmap capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap and end-to-end delivery for AI-powered products.
• Define requirements and use cases for AI features with clear criteria.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve product, CX and business outcomes.
• Manage backlog, release cycles and coordinate with AI/ML teams.
