EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Applied AI Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI-powered products, including GenAI, ML, and automation, in a New York City context.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data, design, and AI/ML, manage backlogs and releases, and influence stakeholders up to VP level while promoting responsible AI practices. The role requires 5+ years of PM experience and a proven AI product track record, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end lifecycle and post-launch maintenance.
• Proven AI-powered product experience (GenAI, ML, search, automation) with measurable value.
• Solid AI literacy on capabilities, limits, and failure modes with profitability awareness.
• Experience across 3+ business domains as a credible SME.
• Daily practical use of AI, discovery, analysis, documentation, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI products and features.
• Manage backlogs, release cycles, and cross-product dependencies balancing cost, latency, quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to define requirements and guardrails.
• Influence stakeholders up to VP level and lead product launches.
• Lead a team of Product Owners/Managers and elevate AI proficiency.
