Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Product Manager for Internal Reporting to own the product strategy and lifecycle of reporting and analytics tools for Merchant Services. Lead cross‑functional teams to translate customer needs into scalable features, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights.

You will shape semantic models, validate metrics, and drive adoption with governance, telemetry, and executive-ready narratives. Strong SQL, Python, and BI tooling are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters with strong product management, data analytics, reporting or data platform experience.
• Proven ability to connect product strategy to hands-on analytical thinking.
• Domain experience in financial services or payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Internal Reporting aligned with Merchant Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into requirements and success metrics.
• Establish governance for data, entitlements, and release management across self-service reporting.
