Job summary

IntegriChain in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Senior BI Developer to design, build, and own BI and reporting solutions on Spotfire, with Power BI for select use cases. You will own end-to-end delivery from requirements to dashboards, collaborating with data engineers, architects, and product teams in a fast-paced, multi-tenant environment.

You will mentor teammates, set BI standards, and operate with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI development experience designing and building dashboards, visualizations, analyses, and reporting solutions with Spotfire and Power BI.
• Strong data modeling skills (star schema, relationships, performance tuning).
• Familiarity with multi-tenant data architecture and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Practical GitHub experience in a team deployment workflow.
• Proven ability to own deliverables independently.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, visualizations, analyses, and reporting solutions in TIBCO Spotfire.
• Own end-to-end delivery of BI solutions: requirements, data modeling, calculations, and report/dashboard development.
• Shape design approach and architecture for data models and calculations, setting patterns for other developers.
• Oversee version control and deployment processes via GitHub, including code review and approvals.
• Partner with data engineers, architects, and product teams to resolve data and quality issues proactively.
• Identify and elevate risks or inefficiencies early.
• Mentor team members and guide their design decisions.
• Define and drive adoption of BI standards and best practices.
• Operate independently, exercising judgment on trade-offs without requiring sign-off.
