Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group seeks a Senior Product Analytics leader to transform complex data into strategic insights and scalable BI capabilities. You will partner with Product, Personalization and Engineering to leverage behavioral data in product experiences and broaden self-service access to usage insights.

You will own the end-to-end analytics process, deliver actionable recommendations, design scalable dashboards, and ensure data integrity across platforms to drive product value and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Math, Stats, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years of data analysis experience with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• 4+ years working with large datasets and producing actionable reports for cross-functional use.
• 3+ years uncovering product analytics insights to inform cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years presenting insights to senior leadership or high-level audiences.
• Strong experience in product analytics, sales analytics, or data strategy roles.
• Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Analytical skills to communicate complex data with accuracy.
• Ability to translate needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Able to manage priorities in fast-paced environments and lead analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Product Analytics lead for platform enablement, governance, and best practices.
• Partner with Product, Personalization, and Engineering to leverage behavioral data in product experiences.
• Own customer usage reporting, triage requests, and broaden self-service access to data insights.
• Lead cross-functional liaison between analytics and business stakeholders.
• Translate data into clear narratives and visuals for non-technical audiences.
• Oversee end-to-end analytics processes including QA and governance for data integrity.
• Analyze customer behavior, feature adoption, and performance to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports on KPIs and engagement.
• Implement data collection systems and quality controls to optimize data quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure smooth data flow and governance.
• Champion responsible data use and compliance with policies.
