Job summary

Carex Consulting Group is partnering with a consumer products industry partner to hire a Sr. IT Project Manager – Data & Analytics Architecture and Reporting. This role leads a global data initiative, delivering interim data architecture and enterprise reporting across two organizations.

The role is hands-on and requires ownership of the integrated plan, critical path, and reporting readiness from mobilization through release, with KPI harmonization and governance across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, including data platform or analytics programs in large enterprises.
• Hands-on delivery experience with complex data architecture, M&A integration, or separation projects.
• Proven ability to deliver large, multi-team, multi-region technology initiatives with fixed deadlines.
• Strong ability to recover programs when schedules or resources change.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plan from mobilization through Wave 1 reporting release, including infrastructure, security, and data enablement.
• Establish baseline milestones, critical path, and operating cadence with clear accountability.
• Own report readiness and release management, data validation, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
• Maintain a governance cadence and executive reporting for milestones and risks.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across vendor teams and regional leads without direct reporting authority.
• Create and maintain executive-ready documentation and RAID/change logs.
