Job summary

Vouch is hiring a founding product manager to bridge humans and an AI learning system. You will own the seam between brokers and the engineered engine, running a parallel build track and driving accountability for measurable learning improvements.

You’ll report to the Director of Product, collaborate with AI and software engineers, and own pilot programs from recruitment to feedback-driven iteration. Your work centers on real systems with real users.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI products in production with real users and feedback loops.
• Frontend development experience; ability to ship working prototypes and read/modify code.
• Experience operating in ambiguous, regulated domains (e.g., insurance, fintech, healthcare).
• Strong written communication; able to present technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sit alongside brokers to observe how they work and define human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Translate brokers' needs into what the system can produce and ensure the right problem is being solved.
• Map workflows into tangible assets, advice units, and broker-ready recommendations.
• Design feedback loops for domain experts to validate and enrich system outputs without adding friction.
• Lead pilots, recruit first users, and translate feedback into the next build cycle.
