Job summary

Vouch is building an AI learning system that improves from expert decision-making. As the founding Product Manager, you will own the seam between humans and the system, running parallel build tracks and ensuring the engine learns effectively.

You will report to the Director of Product and collaborate with leadership to translate performance into strategy. You’ll design workflows, run pilots with brokers, and craft the metrics that tie to revenue and cost per case.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI products in production with real users
• Built and deployed frontend prototypes
• Designed workflows and feedback loops for learning systems
• Able to articulate technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with field research in complex domains

Responsibilities

• Sit with brokers to observe interaction patterns and define human-in-the-loop design
• Ensure the team solves the right problem by interfacing with system capabilities
• Map workflows into tangible assets, advice units, and broker recommendations
• Design feedback loops for expert validation and enrichment without adding friction
• Lead quick-build pilots and manage learning backlog with measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering to instrument metrics for learning improvements
• Define north-star and guardrail metrics tied to unit economics
• Recruit pilots and guide user adoption through direct engagement
