• Program Management Depth: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with competing timelines and dependencies.
• Builder Mindset / Ambiguity Tolerance: Ability to build from a blank canvas with no clear roadmap.
• Cross-functional Range: Strong track record of alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
