Vouch, Inc. is seeking a founding Product Manager for an AI-powered decision system. You’ll bridge brokers and the engine, shaping workflows and evaluation patterns. Hybrid Chicago role with in-office three days a week and close collaboration with AI/engineering teams.

You’ll own the learning backlog, define metrics, recruit pilots, and translate system performance into strategic moves. Prior AI product experience is essential, with strong frontend and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI products in production with measurable impact.
• Designed workflows and feedback loops for learning systems.
• Able to articulate tradeoffs to technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Sit with brokers to observe and define human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Ensure the team solves the right problem between brokers and the system.
• Map workflows into assets, advice units, and broker recommendations.
• Design feedback loops and validation with domain experts.
• Lead pilot adoption and build instrumentation with engineers.
• Define North Star and guardrail metrics tied to unit economics.
• Own the learning backlog and translate findings into iterations.
