Job summary
Ironclad is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of AI-powered procurement experiences. You will own strategy and execution across supplier and contract intelligence, obligations, renewals, and workflows, partnering with procurement and legal users for impactful outcomes.
You will work with engineering, design, data, applied AI, go-to-market teams to turn complex procurement problems into trusted, measurable products.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, workflow products, procurement or legal tech.
- Track record shipping end-to-end products from discovery to launch, with measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across engineering, design, data, GTM, and executives.
- Deep familiarity with procurement, sourcing, supplier management, CLM, or legal operations.
Responsibilities
- Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for procurement AI products.
- Lead customer discovery, design-partner programs, usability testing, and validation.
- Collaborate with engineering, applied AI, data, and design to define architecture and UX.
- Translate customer insights into clear requirements and execution plans.
