Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Product Manager for its Procurement offering. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core procurement capabilities including sourcing, requisition, approvals, renewals, POs, receiving, matching, and inventory management.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data to translate complex purchasing needs into scalable products. You will shape AI-powered experiences to automate tasks, improve accuracy, and enable faster decisions.

Qualifications

• At least three years of product management or equivalent product-building experience with evidence of owning a product area from discovery to launch and measurable adoption.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify complex workflows while preserving controls.
• Hands-on AI fluency demonstrated through products, prototypes, or meaningful projects.
• Technical/analytical fluency from a technical or analytical degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep customer curiosity and design judgment for unfamiliar procurement workflows.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering outcomes through others.
• Clear written and verbal communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Ramp’s Procurement pod and align priorities across teams.
• Build connected procurement workflows across sourcing, requisition, approvals, renewals, POs, receiving, matching, and inventory.
• Collaborate with Bill Pay, Accounting, and platform teams to carry records through to payments and ERP systems.
• Engage with finance and procurement leaders to turn observed friction into streamlined experiences.
• Develop AI-powered experiences to automate or assist tasks and define when automation is appropriate.
• Define quality measures, test scenarios, and provide audit trails and clear explanations.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineers and designers and drive adoption with Sales and Customer Experience.
