Job summary

TikTok Local Services Content Product Team is shaping AI-powered experiences to connect users with local businesses. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and iteration of POI detail pages, rankings, collections, maps, and discovery surfaces, collaborating with Search, Commerce, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end journeys.

You will lead with AI capabilities, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive high-quality launches while leveraging data to improve user experience and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Experience in product management for internet, consumer technology or digital platforms.
• Ability to translate user needs across international markets into intuitive product experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in AI tools, data analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing).
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and iteration of TikTok Local Services core product experiences (POI detail pages, rankings, collections, maps, discovery surfaces).
• Identify user needs across global markets and design intuitive product experiences for dining, travel, entertainment, and local services scenarios.
• Partner with Search, Commerce, Recommendation, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to build end-to-end user journeys from discovery to transaction.
• Leverage AI technologies to reimagine local services discovery and decision-making experiences.
• Define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality launches.
• Analyze product performance using data and experimentation to identify optimization opportunities and improve outcomes.
