Job summary

You will work with R&D, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Operations to translate business needs into practical, end-to-end solutions while tailoring strategies to diverse markets and regional consumer behavior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 1+ years of product management experience.
• Strong quantitative capabilities to define metrics, analyze algorithm performance, run A/B experiments, and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end project lifecycles, drive cross-functional alignment, and solve unstructured problems.
• Details oriented, self-driven and curious to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap for e-commerce recommendation strategies across short-video and livestream feeds.
• Understand buyer journeys, creator dynamics, and merchant pain points to design multi-objective recommendation logic.
• Collaborate with R&D, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Operations to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Iterate and tailor recommendation strategies to local market nuances across overseas markets.
