Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Security Platform team to own the IAM roadmap and RBAC features. You will translate complex identity requirements into concrete specs, work with engineers and security teams, and drive AI-powered access governance while ensuring least-privilege principles across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with successful launches.
• Deep understanding of identity and access management concepts (RBAC, ABAC, privilege management, least-privilege).
• Technical credibility for architectural discussions on authorization models.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the roadmap for Snowflake’s RBAC and IAM platform.
• Translate complex authorization/identity requirements into detailed specs and user stories.
• Leverage AI to deliver intelligent access governance experiences.
• Shape how Snowflake governs access for AI agents and non-human identities.
• Engage with security and IAM teams at enterprise customers to understand pain points and governance workflows.
• Define and track success metrics for IAM feature adoption.
