Job summary

Snowflake seeks a hands-on, high-impact Principal Product Manager to define and build the foundational IAM trust layer at scale. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, and executive‑level customer engagement to own the core infrastructure enabling secure interaction and action by autonomous enterprise agents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product management experience in IAM, cloud platform infrastructure, or enterprise security.
• Experience at hyperscale platforms and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Okta).
• Experience with AI ecosystems for LLM orchestration frameworks, AI platforms, or agentic workflows.
• Proven track record delivering massive infrastructure initiatives from concept to global deployment.
• Ability to translate security concepts into clear, high-impact product architecture; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic business acumen to foresee the consequences of platform investments.

Responsibilities

• Set portfolio strategy and define the long‑term product roadmap for Snowflake’s IAM ecosystem.
• Build for AI era by architecting IAM features enabling autonomous agents to securely access systems and take action.
• Simplify IAM by improving admin and end-user experiences for authentication and authorization.
• Lead at elite scale by partnering with Distinguished and Principal Engineers and driving alignment across ~50 engineers.
• Influence across Snowflake, mentoring junior PMs and elevating the broader product craft.
