Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a hands-on Principal Product Manager to define and build the IAM foundation powering autonomous workflows across enterprise systems. You will own the core infrastructure that lets agents securely interact, reason over data, and execute actions at cloud scale.

You will partner with distinguished engineers and cross-functional teams, shaping long-term strategy, and mentoring junior PMs while balancing security, usability, and performance in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product management in IAM, cloud, or security.
• Experience with hyperscale platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred.
• Ability to translate security concepts into product architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term IAM strategy and roadmap for Snowflake’s platform.
• Architect features enabling autonomous agents to securely access systems.
• Improve admin and user experiences for authentication and authorization.
• Partner with engineers to deliver large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
• Mentor junior PMs and shape product culture across teams.
• Balance security, usability, and scale in a dynamic environment.
