Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a hands-on Principal Product Manager to own the IAM ecosystem and build the trust layer for autonomous enterprise agents. You will lead strategy, partner with senior engineers, and shape product architecture to securely enable complex interactions at cloud scale.

You will work across product, engineering, partnerships, and executive engagement to drive alignment, mentor junior PMs, and deliver 0-to-1 infrastructure initiatives with global impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product management experience in IAM, cloud platform infrastructure, or enterprise security.
• Hyperscale platform experience with cloud services and enterprise deployments.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set portfolio strategy and define long-term product roadmap for Snowflake’s IAM ecosystem.
• Architect IAM features to enable autonomous agents securely.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with engineers, partnerships, and executives.
• Mentor junior PMs and raise product craft across the org.
