Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Security Platform IAM, leading RBAC and identity governance initiatives. You will translate complex access requirements into precise specs, collaborate across teams, and apply AI to enhance access intelligence and anomaly detection.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management with successful launches.
Deep understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, least privilege, identity governance.
Experience launching IAM or access-control products in cloud/SaaS.
Familiarity with enterprise IAM compliance and audit workflows.
Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the product roadmap for RBAC and IAM platform.
Translate complex authorization requirements into detailed specs and user stories.
Leverage AI to deliver intelligent access governance experiences.
Shape access for AI agents and non-human identities.
Engage with security teams at enterprise customers to understand pain points.
Define and track success metrics for IAM adoption and policy enforcement.
Collaborate with engineering and compliance teams to launch features.
